R.B.I. Classix offers anyone looking to license music the opportunity to get quality songs from major recording artists...directly. The masters of all the music offered at R.B.I. Classix is owned by the artist and in all cases (except where noted) the artist controls the publishing as well so there's no hassle waiting for approvals.

Here's some information about some of the artists you'll find here:


ALAN PARSONS:

First making his mark as an engineer and producer (The Beatles "Abbey Road," Pink Floyd's "Dark Side Of The Moon" etc.) Alan then formed the ALAN PARSON'S PROJECT and proceeded to chart 17 times with such songs as "Eye In The Sky," "I Wouldn't Want To Be Like You" and "Don't Answer Me."

LEE LOUGHNANE:

Lee is a founding member of the band CHICAGO and his hits "Call On Me" and "No Tell Lover" are among over 50 charting hits that he's played on.

PETER RAFELSON:

Peter is the writer of MADONNA'S #1 hit "Open Your Heart" and has written hits for Stevie Nicks and Jane Wieldin as well. Peter is also a film composer and producer.

FRANK MARINO & MAHOGANY RUSH:

Frank started MAHOGANY RUSH while still a teen and before he turned 18 was considered to be the second coming of Jimi Hendrix. He has recorded dozens of albums and is still considered one of the premier rock guitar gods.

THE FUNKMASTERS:

John "Jab'o" Starks and Clyde Stubblefield are the Original Funky Drummers playing on over 70 of JAMES BROWN's mid '60s to mid '70s charting hits. Jab'o and Clyde still write and perform together as the FUNKMASTERS.

LOVERBOY:

One of the premeir rock bands to emerge in the early '80s, Loverboy had 14 charting hits that decade, including a seven week run with "The Kid Is Hot Tonight."
